Terms and Conditions

General

1. All items sold on our blogshop are pre-order unless stated.
2. All items are included with the shipping cost (customs tax is not included in the price)
3. Your personal information will not be used for any other purpose.
4. Meet-up will be scheduled by us. Meet-up place will be announced by us.

Payment

1. Payments can be made after you received confirmation email from us. 2) Payments should be made before the deadline.   
2. All items are not refundable, exchangeable and returnable. 
3. Refund is only for the out-of-stock items.

Shipping

1. Orders will be shipped within 2-3 days upon its arrival from Korea.
2. We are not liable for customs in your country. If customs duties should be paid in your country, it is your responsibility.  
3. If your parcel is returned to us due to unpaid customs, you shall be refunded only as the amount after subtracting shipping & handling fee from total cost
4. Shipping cost is based on the delivery address you provided. Please check your rate here (International Customer)
